Security​

The Tingyun Infrastructure system ensures security through the following aspects.

Collection Security​

On the agents that collect data, only system performance data is collected, and no information related to user behavior is collected. For component monitoring, such as MySQL, the collection scope can be controlled through permissions.

Tingyun Infrastructure belongs to non-intrusive agents and will not affect customers' application systems.

Transmission Security​

In data transmission, agents and Collector, Collector and DC use encrypted HTTPS transmission protocol to ensure data security during network transmission.

Storage Security​

Tingyun Infrastructure adopts a highly available storage architecture for data storage. For each type of data storage, it provides highly redundant and distributed high-availability storage solutions, and provides sound automatic backup, recovery, and disaster recovery measures to maximize data storage security and reliability.

Account Security​

Tingyun Infrastructure provides a complete role and permission management system. Specific user or role access permissions can be set for each functional module and data item. Different roles and users can only access functions and data that they are allowed to access, especially sensitive business analysis and business data, which can be limited to specific access users and roles.

At the same time, the platform uses secure HTTPS encrypted access and permission verification to ensure the security of user accounts and passwords.

Reliability​

When multiple Agent Collectors are deployed (recommended), even if one Agent Collector fails and cannot upload data normally, other Agent Collectors will take over its work within 5 minutes and continue uploading, ensuring that data will not be lost.
