Users can describe their issues in natural language in the Q&A input box (e.g., "How to deploy uniAgent"), and GuanYun AI will automatically match relevant content from the knowledge base, providing step-by-step solutions and reference documents.

Users can query business data, performance metrics, and operational logs using natural language. The system automatically parses natural language instructions and converts them into NBQL query statements. With full data collection capabilities, it retrieves the required data and presents it through a visual interactive interface. Combined with GuanYun’s automatic topology discovery and call chain tracing technologies, query results are displayed in intuitive charts and reports, helping users quickly understand the business logic behind the data.
