Uninstall

If you are monitoring a self-hosted application, you need to first stop the self-hosted application running under the monitoring-enabled batch script, then start the self-hosted application in standard mode, and finally uninstall the Agent. Otherwise, the Agent may be occupied by the self-hosted application and cannot be completely uninstalled.

Note: Uninstalling the Agent will restart the IIS service. Please choose an appropriate maintenance window to uninstall the Agent.

  • Method 1: Open "Control Panel" and go to "Add or Remove Programs", find "TingYun DotNET Profiler" and uninstall it.
  • Method 2: Open the installation path, find "Uninstall.exe", and double-click to uninstall. The installation path is usually under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Networkbench.COM\DotNET Profiler".
